Giveaway - Fast, Easy Dinner with Club House Flavourful Recipe Mix

Which night is the busiest in your house? Is there a night that isn't busy? In our house the busiest night is Friday night. The end of the week is a tough time around here. My eldest daughter has musical theatre, so there is some running around going on. Truth be told, by the end of the week I am tired of thinking of what to make for dinner. We've eaten our way through all the options I can think of by the time Friday rolls around. So, I was happy to give Club House Tuscan Chicken Flavourful Recipe Mix a try.

These packets are filled with herbs and spices...that's it. No preservatives and no added chemicals.  To make things even easier, I only had to hop over to the Club House website and use the recipe for Tuscan Chicken.

Club House Tuscan Chicken Dinner

2 chicken breasts
½ cup flour
3 tablespoon olive oil
2 shallots, diced
1 yellow pepper
1 cup green beans, chopped
2 teaspoon flour
¾ cup half and half cream
½ package Club House Tuscan Chicken Dinner
1 package baby spinach

 1. Place flour in shallow bowl, lightly coat chicken with flour.

2. Heat oil in large skillet, place chicken in skillet and brown both sides of chicken.

3. Remove the chicken and set aside.
4. Add shallot to the skillet, cook until softened.
5. Add pepper and beans to skillet, cook until softened...about 5 minutes.

6. Stir in 2 teaspoon flour and seasoning, toss with vegetables.

7. Pour cream into skillet, stir constantly and bring to boil.
8. Add spinach to skillet and return chicken to skillet.

9. Cover and cook until chicken is cooked through...about 15-20 minutes.
10. Serve over cooked pasta.
