It's Christmas Eve. I had grand plans to have 2 crafty post up for you, today and yesterday...nope. Along came a freezing rain storm. A storm that coated everything with ice. Thick ice. Heavy ice. Look how the ice has frozen every frond of the cedar.
The problem with all this beautiful ice is that it put too much weight on our city's tree branches. The branches fell. The branches took out power lines. Neighbourhood after neighbourhood fell into darkness.
As for the craft posts...they aren't going to happen. I've been too busy to get bloggy. I'm sure you understand. Sometimes you have to put down the computer and take care of your loved ones. I hope you have a wonderful holiday. I hope your home stays warm, filled with laughter and the people you love. Merry Christmas!

That ice is beautiful, but I don't miss the storms! We lost power like this three times during the seven years we lived in Massachusetts! I hope everyone has their power back now!
