Tonight March break starts in our house. One week with the kids...9 days. Doesn't sound too difficult, right?
This year we are planning on staying home (as usual) and decorating both girls' rooms. That means cleaning, taking down art, painting furniture, patching walls, painting walls, hanging art, hanging curtains, etc, etc. As I write this I can tell that I am going to be busy and my girls will be interested in this stuff for a little while and then they will be bored. Thus, I am going to need some sort of back up plan to entertain the kids. Fortunately, I have just the right resource close at hand.

This amazing resource is a Pinterest board that I contribute to. There are over 85 incredible bloggers adding 100's of activities and crafts to this blog daily. If you need a boredom busting activity this is the place to look.

This is another awesome Pinterest board to follow. Here you will find links to over 60 kid friendly blogs. Click on a link, head to the blog and read up on anything and everything. Indoor play, outdoor play, educational play, play for play sake, etc.
With these two resources we should do just fine. Hopefully, when all the work is done we can spend some quality time outside searching for the early signs of spring. We went out the other day and here is what we found (my daughter took the pictures).
Are there flowers blooming where you live? Is the snow still covering the ground? Or, is it summertime?
