I hope everyone had a lovely Easter weekend. We had a few nice meals, shared with our extended family. The kids and my husband made it down to our local Easter parade...I stayed home since I wasn't feeling quite 100%. After a weekend of big family dinners I am ready to get back to our normal routine. In my quest to find ways to cook quick and healthy weeknight dinners I was happy to discover the new Kraft Pourables salad vinaigrette flavours...

* Berry Balsamic
* Garlic Parmesan with Roasted Cauliflower
* Fire Roasted Tomato with Basil
* Roasted Yellow Pepper, Garlic and Lime
Kraft Pourables are a new line of salad dressings that can easily be switched up and used to make other dishes. Kraft Pourables are made with real fruits and vegetables, have no artificial flavours or colours and are low in fat and salt. Best of all they are a quick way to add flavour to dinner dishes. Our family especially loved when we made oven roasted fries with a the Kraft Pourables Garlic Parmesan with Roasted Cauliflower dip. Here's what we did.
Garlic Parmesan with Roasted Cauliflower, Oven Roasted Potatoes with Dip
Kraft Pourables ~ Garlic Parmesan with Roasted Cauliflower
fingerling potatoes
¼ cup mayonnaise
1. Slice fingerling potatoes in half, lengthwise...you can use any style of potato simply cut them into equal sized shape for even baking.
2. Coat potatoes with Kraft Pourables Garlic Parmesan with Roasted Cauliflower.
3. Place potatoes, cut side down on a preheated shallow roasting pan, or baking sheet. Place in a 375F oven. I like to preheat my pan so the potatoes begin to bake and turn golden immediately.
4. Turn the fries after 15 minutes. Bake for another 15 minutes...or until the fries are fork tender.
5. Remove from the oven, transfer the fries to a serving dish.
6. To make the dip ~ combine ¼ cup mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon of Kraft Pourables . You can add more depending on how strong you would like the flavour to be.
This simple dish is perfect for an after school snack, or a great quick and healthy side dish on a busy weeknight.
