Easy Maple Balsamic Dressing with Blue Cheese Salad

Kick your salad up a notch with this maple balsamic vinaigrette, paired with your favourite greens and soft cheese.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • blue cheese
  • 1 apple thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, dijon mustard, salt and pepper in the bottom of a large salad bowl. We always make our salad vinaigrette inside the bowl we are going to use for the salad.
  • When ready to serve the salad, toss salad greens and apple slices with vinaigrette.
  • Crumble cheese over the salad right before serving.
