Seasonal Peach Salad with Goat Cheese
A delicious fresh salad using seasonal peaches, goat cheese and a balsamic vinaigrette.

- 4 fresh peaches peeled and cut into wedges
- 4 ounces herb coated goat cheese
- 1 small head of leafy green lettuce
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 ½ tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Dress the lettuce as you like.
Combine peaches and goat cheese in a separate bowl, lightly dress with vinaigrette and toss.
Place lettuce on serving dish and scoop peaches and goat cheese on top.
Serve
